Unfortunately Italy has lived in an appearance of democracy but never in a true one since 90 years.
I would like to put your attention on just few (too many to mention all) news that are part of the history of the country:
28 of May 1974,Piazza della Loggia, Brescia 8 people died after a bomb explosion.
4 of August 1974, bomb on train Italicus by San Benedetto Val di Sambro, (Bologna) 12 people died,and 105 remained injured.
2 of August 1980, Bologna, in a bomb explosion 85 people died more than 200 were injured.
23 December 1984, bomb on a train “rapido 904″, by San Benedetto Val di Sambro, 17 people died more than 260 remained injured.
But it was not only with the bombs that politicians with the help of the fascist and of the mafia were in fact able to remain in key positions inside of the Italian society.
When I was leaving in south of Italy, (from the age of 12 till 22) I witnessed by myself that votes from people can be gained offering them in counterpart a package of pasta despite of any political program.
Mafia has always worked together with the established power in Italy; it was and is its left hand.
It has always been important for the established political power to make people think through the manipulation of the information services,(especially television and newspapers)that they would have had a choice
to decide something with a vote.
This has never been the case in fact. Holland with his “democratic monarchy” is exactly the contrary, and the queen Beatrix stands for (and not only but of course much more…) a guarantee of democracy itself, more than any political party.
Something now from my past personal experience…..When I was living in the north of Italy (I was about 24-25 yo) once I decided to vote for the first and only time of my life there.
My vote went to a party called partito radicale witch had liberalization of soft drugs in their programs. After 3-4 days election took place,the local newspaper Dolomiten (Trentino Alto Adige) was reporting the result of the elections
and With my big surprise, the partito radicale gained NO votes in that region.
I went to the local police station of the carabinieri and spoke to the “maresciallo”.
He told me there was no need of making any investigation about 1 vote that disappeared and that I should forget about this and he made special recommendation of not talking about it around.
The same police officer was the one witch made me get 4 months from a judge for possession of 3 plants of industrial hemp I had next to the window in my sleeping room. Anybody knows that industrial hemp has irrelevant THC values (0,012%) and that it is therefore impossible to get high from it..
Mafia killed Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino two judges that were investigating about the relationships between politics, deviated secret services and of course mafia itself.
2 months before been killed with a bomb explosion, judge Paolo Borsellino speaks in an interview about the relationship between the founder of Forza Italia (in this moment the 1 political party in Italy)
Marcello Dell’Utri,his boss Silvio Berlusconi and Sicilian mafia godfather Vittorio Mangano. Mangano was the godfather representing the Sicilian mafia in the north.
He received a definitive condemnation to 9 years of prison for associazione mafiosa and smuggle of drugs. Mangano lived for more than 3 years in the building of Berlusconi where he was administrating the drugs market in the north of Italy.
Forza Italia has been founded with the money of the Mafia. The other political parties in Italy are always connected each other, and only apparently there has been a difference between left and right and centre.
No differences at all between them.
In Italy people that expose or try to fight the system’s corruption need to be eliminated. In one way or the other.
I have talked already about G.Falcone and P.Borsellino eliminated in year 1992 by mafia and Italian secret services working together in a sort of joint-venture .
After the enormous shock caused by the dead of the 2 judges the Italian population that still had a heart and feelings for justice was rising it’s voice. The so called established power mentioned before decided to find an alternative way to silent all the judges that were investigating about relationships between politicians and mafia. It is only to distinguish the official roles people are covering that I am separating the 2 categories for people reading this, because in fact the true is that there is only one category that rules in Italy and it is the MAFIA. Judges that were investigating about politicians and their relationship to mafia where transferred or removed from their positions, their work was confiscated and/or deleted or made unavailable for public vision.
It is an example of what I just mentioned the Name of the judge Luigi De Magistris removed from his position, with his research-work confiscated because it was about the money that the European Union is giving to the south of Italy. The money destined for schools, structures went in the pokets of local politicians and Mafiosi in Campania, Sicilia, Calabria, but also in ROME. The money destined for the development of these regions of Italy was stolen. De Magistris discovered and publically denounced these and other facts. But what can happen in a country where it is the worst of the human race holding the power?
Can the work of a honest judge be delegitimized?
YES, IT CAN!!!! and this is what happened to him. De Magistris has now abandoned the carrier of judge he loved, and he is running for the European Parliament .It is very similar to the case I just mentioned the case of the judge Clementina Forleo delegitimized and transferred because of her excellent investigative work about the implication of members the so-called left party with banks and their speculations on the market.
We all know about the general economical situation in witch we are living in year 2009 and how important it would have been to have not one but 100000 of judges like Clementina Forleo.
Politicians have removed her from the position she had, she has been transferred about 500 Km away from the place she used to work, and she can be in duty now only for civil and never again for criminal trials.
Salvatore Borsellino brother of judge Paolo Borsellino in a public video that anybody can see on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p79RSMLnZGk) speaks from a palk in Rome about his brother, how it was possible for some people representing the Italian secret services to kill with the help of the mafia his brother. He also talks about the revelations made by Salvatore Cancemi,Tullio Cannella and Gioacchino La Barbera all 3 former assassins and members of the mafia witch indicate in the person of Silvio Berlusconi and Marcello DellÚtri the high ranked characters ordering the killing of Paolo Borsellino and before him Giovanni Falcone.
But let’s talk about some other important Italian fascist people .
For example Borghezio.

Borghezio in the movie is explaining political strategies to a sort of association of Nazis in France. He is explaining how to get into civil society by going through politics and the Catholic movements while maintaining the Nazi and Fascist spirit. Borghezio is a European Parliamentarian with a criminal conviction for having set fire to a straw mattress at the side of which a person from outside the European Union just happened to be sleeping. Italy is represented in Europe and in the world by somebody that starts fires with the intention of burning while sleeping non-European-Union people and who is in fact a European Parliamentarian.
How can these things be explained in Europe?
Maybe are these things just tolerated because the investments made by the Mafia are so relevant that it was possible to re-invest the criminal money just buying entire districts in the major towns, like in Germany for example?
Can you imagine cities like Den Haag, or Nijmegen or Groningen in the hands of somebody being part of a clan of San Luca? Or of Corleone? What would happen with our beautiful country? What kind of mentality would be imposed and rule also here?
Petra Reski is a journalist working for the German weekly “Die Zeit”. She has written a book entitled “Mafia. Von Paten, pizzerien und falschen priestern”, which, in Italian, would be “Mafia. Di padrini, pizzerie e falsi sacerdoti”.
I say “would be” because although the book has already been translated into many languages, no Italian publishing house has yet been willing to publish it. Petra describes the Italian Mafia’s unstoppable drive into Europe. According to the “Frankfurter Allgeimeine Zeitung”, Petra’s book is the best ever published on this topic. Petra has received threats and has spent her time defending herself in the German courts against allegations and complaints lodged by the people named in her book.She has been threaten to death and needs to hide herself like the italian author of “Gomorra” R.Saviano.

I do not want to talk too much about the amount of people killed by the police on the streets, witch has become in Italy the right hand of the politicians,(I talked already about the left hand)in their homes or in prisons in the last view years.

Bij de gelegenheid van de tweede zitting van het Burgerforum voor Drugbeleid in de EU, willen wij u een verzoek overmaken.
Wij zoeken uw hulp bij het openen van een dialoog tussen de Italiaanse regering en de familie van Aldo Bianzino, die overleed onder verdachte omstandigheden in de gevangenis van Capanne.
Op vijrdag 12 oktober 2007 werd Aldo Bianzino (44), die samenleefde met zijn vriendin Roberta in Umbria, hartje Italië, gearresteerd voor het onderhouden van een kleine cannabisplantage. Het koppel werd naar het politiebureau van Città di Castello gebracht, daarna naar het bureau van de openbare aanklager in Perugia en tenslotte naar de gevangenis in Capanne. Op zaterdag 13 oktober om 13.00u had de advocaat Edoardo Maglio een onderhoud met Aldo en kort daarna ook met Roberta. Hij vertelde Roberta dat Bianzino gezond en wel was, maar ook bezorgd over haar. Maglio is de laatste burger die Bianzino levend zag. De volgende morgen om 08.10u, werd het dode lichaam van Bianzino gevonden door 2 mensen van het gevangenispersoneel.
Dinsdag 16 oktober voerde wetsdokter Lalli een autopsie uit. Hij vertelde aan de familie en 3 advocaten dat hij verwondingen had gevonden in Bianzino’s lever, galblaas, hersenen en ribben (2 ribben waren gebroken) hoewel het lichaam geen uiterlijke tekenen van bloedingen of slagen vertoonde. Hij concludeerde dat Aldo was gestorven ten gevolge van slagen die specifiek de vitale organen beschadigden zonder uiterlijke sporen na te laten. Op 22 oktober startte de plaatselijke openbare aanklager Petrazzini een onderzoek naar de politiemensen die Bianzino arresteerden en bewaakten.
Op 10 november vlgde een tweede autopsie door dokter Fortuni die volledig andere conclusies trok na zijn onderzoek. In het verslag van Fortuni worden de verwondingen aan de galblaas en de gebroken ribben niet meer vermeld. Het nieuwe verslag besluit dat Aldo is gestorven aan een hersenbloeding en dat de overige wonden zijn veroorzaakt door het gevangenispersoneel bij hun pogingen om hem te reanimeren.
Op 10 januari 2008 besluit openbare aanklager Petrazinni het onderzoek af te sluiten. De Italiaanse overheid beschouwt een hersenbloeding als Aldo Bianzino’s officiële doodsoorzaak. De familie en vrienden van Aldo Bianzino hebben zich nooit neergelegd bij deze versie van de feiten. Zij proberen al geruime tijd een gespreksopening te vinden naar de Italiaanse regering om hun twijfels te uiten over de aangenomen officiële versie van de feiten. Tot nu toe is de Italiaanse overheid hier niet op ingegaan.
Wij willen u vragen om al het mogelijke te doen om de Italiaanse minister van Justitie, Binnenlandse Zaken en Buitenlandse Zaken op de hoogte te brengen van deze situatie en bij hen aan te dringen om contact op te nemen met de familie van Aldo Bianzino. Zij kunnen dan de ware toedracht achterhalen van wat er gebeurde in de nacht van 13 op 14 oktober 2007. Wij danken u alvast voor uw medewerking en verblijven inmiddels,

Or let’s mention for example Federico Aldrovandi,(Born in Ferrara, 17 luglio 1987 – Died in Ferrara, 25 settembre 2005) killed from 4 policemen after that what should have been an Identity Card check.
The trial against the 4 policemen that have beaten to death this 18 years old guy is still going on.In the meantime they are still working in the police corp. In a first time the colleagues of the 4 assassins,(other policemen at all levels)tried to cover the killing.
The first thing that was told to their parents that he had died damaging himself in a kind of self caused epileptic chrise. Then they told to the family of Federico that he died because of some drugs he had assumed.
It was only after the parents of Federico opened a blog letting all the world know what really happened that inquiries started avoiding that the dirt of this case wasn’t pushed under the carpet once more again, following the typical Italian tradition.
From nowhere 2 coshes that were broken on the body of the guy appeared.
The testimony of heart scientist G.Thiene has proved he did not die because his balls were crashed against the door of the car of the police, nor did he die because all the other different hits on his body. He died because while he was on the floor
with the hands handcuffed on his back, somebody was sitting over him causing an haematoma on his heart.

I would like to remember also Pier Paolo Pasolini.
Pier Paolo Pasolini was murdered back in 1975, yet his assassins and those who ordered the hit have still not been apprehended, but I suppose you can easily imagine between which kinds of people to search for them…. No public trial has ever been held concerning the reasons for his death. He was effectively killed by Power.
That same obscene representation of reality that has haunted Italy since the birth of the nation. At the time, Pasolini wrote articles for the Corriere della Sera: “I know the names of those that are responsible for the massacres…I know the name of the man at the top,
The one who organised everything…”. At the time of his death, Pasolini was busy writing a book entitled “Petrolio”, which dealt with the links between ENI, the P2 and the Government. About the murder of Mattei and the crooked secret service.
Pasolini was beaten to death on the Lido di Ostia.
But let’s go back to our times. Riccardo Rasmann was a poor man who had psychic problems. He developed them during the military service because of all the humiliations he had to suffer.

That is the way Italy treats people with handicaps.
But please check out the way fascists can act beat with heavy sticks and chains students protesting against the government restrictions decided for the schools, without being disturbed by police, which was there, just some meters from them.

This happened after that the former president of the Fascist Boot,Francesco Cossiga was advising publically how to infiltrate and manipulate demonstrations with fascists and secret services. In the interview he also says that this could be a good reason to “massacre them all without compassion”.
